Attorney and Mediator Terri Breer has been practicing law and mediation in Orange County for thirty years. Ms. Breer’s mediation practice includes mediation services for both husband and wife as a neutral mediator and she also handles collaborative divorce cases and traditional divorce litigation.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in International Relations at the University of Southern California in 1981 and her law degree at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California in 1985.

Her background includes:

  • Family law mediation training at the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution
  • Collaborative Divorce Training (CDT) 
  • High Conflict Institute Basic and Advanced Training
  • Domestic Violence Training through the Orange County Public Law Program
  • Volunteer work supporting victims of domesitc violence
  • Workshops on divorce mediation, collaborative law, and divorce recovery
  • Speaker and Panelist for the Orange County Bar Association and State Bar Presentations 

She is a member of the Family Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Elder Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association and served as the chair of the ADR Section in 2014. In addition to being one of the founding members of  Orange County Divorce Solutions, she is a board member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA), and member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
